Fair question! So much of the success of therapy lies in the relationship between therapist and client. If we don't click, it's harder to make progress together.

I'm Marissa, I use she/her pronouns and identify as bisexual. Although I grew up in the Bay Area, I've called Colorado home since 2020. Outside of the office you can find me at Red Rocks, watching Bravo, planning my next solo trip, practicing yoga, reading a good book, or hanging out with my cat Kiki. My main values are compassion, playfulness, social justice, humor, connection, and kindness.

Credentials & Memberships

I received both my Bachelor and Master degrees at the University of Kansas (rock chalk!).
I have my Bachelors degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Psychology, and my Masters in Social Welfare.

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I am only licensed to practice in the state of Colorado at this time.
