Is it time to get help?

Many adults struggle with anxiety, depression, or dissatisfaction in their relationships. For some, it feels like a heavy weight of deep depression or crippling anxiety; for others, it’s a persistent sense of feeling “blah.” Whatever you’re experiencing, you’re not alone.

Imagine feeling like yourself again: confident, self-assured, and ready to handle life’s daily challenges. What if you could manage racing thoughts and silence your inner saboteur? What if persistent self-doubt could just be a thing of the past? These goals are not only possible but within your reach.

In our work together, you'll understand how your thoughts, feelings, actions, and history shape your present day experiences. My top goal is to foster a safe place for you to process challenges, discover solutions, and feel more empowered compared to when you first sought out support. Some of the main focuses in my practice include support around LGBTQIA+ identities, narcissistic relationships, and emotionally immature parents.

Discover the way you heal

I offer a range of therapeutic options, including traditional talk therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, designed to meet your unique preferences and goals. By combining these modalities, we can create a personalized approach to support your journey toward healing and growth.

When we're working through anxiety or depression, I take a close look at how your thoughts, emotions, and relationships all influence each other. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you notice and gently shift patterns that might be keeping you stuck. I also use Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), which means we'll explore the relationships in your life and how they impact your well-being. With these approaches together, my goal is for you to feel more understood, more connected, and more confident navigating whatever life brings your way.

EMDR allows individuals to uncover the roots of distorted beliefs and reframe how they see themselves and the world. This evidence-based approach is particularly effective for processing past traumas that continue to influence your present emotional well-being. Over time, EMDR can help you build healthier perspectives and achieve the fulfilling life you deserve.

Get the help you deserve

Creating a safe space where you can authentically grow is my top priority. With over a decade of experience in psychotherapy across various settings, including acute crisis management, child welfare, and addictions, I focus on helping individuals with chronic anxiety and depression rooted in past trauma.  Former clients have described my therapeutic approach as compassionate, humorous, empowering, and genuine.
